Important Public Announcement for Musicians
Hi – This is a “Cover Ourselves Legally” public announcement to LMSO musicians.
Performing musicians, by voluntarily joining the LMSO, grant the LMSO permission to record their performances with the Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra and to distribute and publish said images or audio/video recordings of individual soloists and / or of the symphony taken during rehearsals / performances for the purpose of education, advertising and promotion of Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra. These may be published and distributed in print and/or electronic media formats. In addition, you waive any rights, claims or interests you may have to control the use of your identity or likeness and agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration of you.
Please also note that members who are under 18 years of age MUST HAVE THEIR PARENT(S) and/or LEGAL GUARDIAN(S) sign Media Consent Release Forms and submit them to the personnel manager, Regina Trojanowsky, once per concert season. These forms may be obtained online BY CLICKING HERE.
Site Access
Accessing all areas of this website requires registration, verification and data oversight. Only musicians of the Lake Murray Symphony Orchestra are given full site access.
Register for access by clicking on the word “Register” that is located on your upper left. You will be asked to complete a registration form. All fields must be completed. Once completed and submitted, your information will be reviewed and your participation with the symphony verified. When access has been granted, you will receive an email message notifying you that your account has been activated.
Once activated, access to the full site requires that you Log In (use the link in the upper left corner) with your User Name and Password.
PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS FOR YOUR REGISTRATION (Or Rehearsal/Concert Participation Notification) TO BE PROCESSED.
